Manugistics (MANU) 19.45 -0.76: --Morning Note-- Tucker Anthony Sutro initiates coverage with a MARKET PERFORM rating; brokerage believes company offers customers a compelling return on investment argument that can quickly address and reduce costs of supply-side functions; however, with an average selling price of approximately $1.3 mln, MANU's solutions are somewhat vulnerable to IT spending cutbacks; currently views shares as fairly valued by the market; company's software and solutions are designed to help customers lower their operating costs, increase revenues, improve margins and bolster the bottom-line.

Hypercom (HYC) 5.75 +0.05: Company closed and received funding from a $45 mln financing package led by Foothill Capital, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wells Fargo (WFC); funds will be used for general corporate purposes, including the satisfaction of working capital and capital expenditure needs.

with all the focus on the semi's lately and "buyin the dips" PDLI has been just steadily selling off...

just the total reverse ...everyday this has
been a short for at least 2-4pts from any rise...

The shorts were in the bios today , sure hate to see this
one go ....it's been a gold mine .

dropped almost 7 pts from the close ...and there was a time
when you just couldn't make it fall <G>

Current administration making it hard on the Bios and
the stem-cell research..
