And S&P downgraded CWON's debt to B- which makes me think that management may be cooking the books. These bond rating agencies do very good research.

CWON - as bad as expected

I'm short CWON and doing a few calculations on the numbers every quarter. Numbers were as bad as expected in my view. Slightly up EBITDA will of course not help CWON, which has cash and credit lines that are sufficient for about 3 more quarters.
