If the threat of a PP was removed, I'd buy more in a minute, Howy. While the threat exists, forget it.

If they try another PP now, they might get .25 on a "best efforts" basis but I doubt it. More like .20 and free trading plus warrants as incentive. On that basis we sink again to .15 or so. I know because that's where I was buying last March after the last PP at 20.

Worse, the overhang of warrants at .25 would swell to almost 8 million. Hard for any stock to ever fly hauling that kind of load.

The net gain of any such PP might approximate $450,000 after fees, commissions and incentives. The money won't do shareholders any good. Why is it really needed? Suspect we both know the answer to that one.
