A few points:

- That's YOY
- It includes communications chips, which are not hot
- It's dollars not units

Are you saying that Intel and AMD lied about their sales? Assuming they "stuffed" the channel, it would still be sales, and count in that number.

Pretty irresponsible conclusion to draw about Intel just because worldwide chip sales fell 31% year over year.
