Greg, in that respect, you are right, since i do not engage in shorting, when I hold a position counter the then prevailing market trend, all I lose is the opportunity to make some money, since my basic principle is capital preservation, I don't really mind staying out of a rally which Ii fear might very well be head fake. The key to survival, IMHO, is not being in each and every upmove, but avoid the wrenching down moves (g).
