I remember that someone at CC only mentioned SOI SRAM performance as proof of the SOI potential. I don't think that ClawHammer has taped-out yet. Remember there was an announcement of a six months slip? My guess is that ClawHammer would sample in Q4.

I have my doubts about the need for the desktop Barton, but I think AMD will need the mobile Barton to really put the screws to mobile Tualatin.
