Ref < Maybe SOI is the story Sanders needs to sell the next round of debt. Maybe without the pizazz the debt sale is a hard one > You are right that SOI has more pizazz, and Sanders is a consummate salesman. But making a complex technical choice based upon the pizzaz would be disastrous for a CEO. AMD is late to 0.13micron because of financial reasons and it needs something to leap frog Intel, and the next generation lithography is not viable in the time frame.
