The percentage of foreign students has been increasing for some time. I suspect most stay in the US. But where is it that they are a majority? Here in CA, the best schools (including high schools) effectively have quotas on the number of Asians students allowed in the student body. (Ah, affirmative action. Supposedly extinct here. Would someone explain to me how affirmative action isn't racial discrimination?) But most of those Asians they are trying to exclude are native-born.
