me thinks that nut has to go back... into the pit and unwind his QQQ trade this morning while the sharks circle around him. Pretty Sneaky, Sis 8/02/01 5:00 PM ET Curious as to why this late-day ramp picked up steam? Some shooter walked into the QQQ pits and bought multiple six-figure size in the QQQ calls, spurring a hand-over-fist cover-fest. I'm not sure what the story is (rumor is a tech upgrade), but the pure trader in me views this flow as bearish, not bullish. Remember, during the last year, fading conventional wisdom has been a profitable endeavor, so unless we've entered a new tape, this flow isn't a good sign. Todd Harrison
