A moving from 0 to 1.5 million is a compromise in anybody's book. Changing the venue is also a compromise, regardless of your opinion where the venue should be.

The punitive damages have nothing to do with medical costs. That would fall under compensatory damages. You do not know what you are talking about.

Your opinion is that you need 5m. Fine. Others disagree. Fine. Since you have mistakenly assumed that medical costs would come under this portion of the bill, your opinion is demonstrably uninformed. However, that is not the issue. You claimed that Bush did not compromise. You have been clearly proven wrong and dont have the character to admit it.

And not that it is relevant but I know much about medical costs, as my mother's medical costs in her fight with ovarian cancer exceeded 1m.
