Majorities were too thin, White House was held by a Democrat. I think that begs the question. In January, when the current Administration was setting its agenda, the Reps had all the marbles. And were talking about boosting the role of the Dept. of Ed. And no mention of SBA. Or cutting Labor or Transportation or anything else you mentioned. They're not even looking at cutting anything in EPA, which they were smacking around for political points, except for enforcement. Karen
