Also the Zogby poll, where it is claimed Bush has a negative rating was not conducted with an approve / disapprove methodology as others were. The poll rated in categories of excellent, good, fair and poor. Only if you count all the Fair ratings as negative, can it be said that the poll showed a negative rating. This of course is pure poppycock. What do you want to bet if the same poll was conducted with the approve / disapprove method the approval rating would be 55-59% ?
