I think that it would be really hard to measure. It is such an apples / oranges comparison. Reality is that given the choice some of the 'fairs' would go positive and some negative. Of intersting note is that the differnce in this zogby poll and the last one is pretty small. In fact it is within zogby's own margin of error. Of course none of this is really very meaninful at all at this stage of the game. Useful in exposing the lies of the left and the extreem measures they are willing to go to, to tear down GWB.
