Don't really understand your question.
But I try to answer;
(1) They are called "Standard error channels" in Metastock Pro 7.03 Real Time program.
(2) Two mouse clicks are required.
(3) Lines are based on linear regression.
(4) They actually change with every trade and some times you can see them change.
(5) The horizontal lines on chart may be 5% lines?
