Good Morning... just a quick update this am....UK just cut rates this am..very bullish for the other countries to follow suit here...also bullish for our markets...Alan will cut this month as well... i wanted to let you know that 2 short term indicators on P&F have reversed up here...the HI-LO INdex and the Percent of 10...very bullish.. i would continue to hold all longs, trailing loose stops up as we top out next week... today the SPX may break thru 1225...this is the downtrendline on the daily candle chart and very constructive moving forward...BOTH THE ES & NQ'S HAVE BROKEN OUT HERE...so if your thinking short wait a bit...and scalp only here short...as we move up the VIX will move lower and maybe break that 20 mark taking it to 17/18 my ultimate target... this could be some surprise rally...let your winners run here... three sectors are favored right now....COMPUTERS---SEMICONDUCTORS--ELECTRONICS... we'll visit selected stocks in these sectors in my next update Sunday Nite...any of you that are heavily under water on any long trades from a while ago..should be reading up on Covered Calls Options plays... I will help you determine what strike and what month to make those trades...let these stocks continue up...then you'll be able to either sell them outright..or cover them up taking in much needed cash...using deep in the money calls... i'll be out this morning with the wife.... hang tough here...and forget about everything your hearing or reading...do not get sidetracked by listening to the NOISE....tune it out..just follow the charts... good luck....futures are up large this am... best always jerry
