It is always amazing that grown men take pronouncements like these seriously. Just because the second half is better then the first in 2001, even if true, does not mean that the first half of 2002 will be better than the first half of 2001. In other words, one walking head says that there will be a bump in demand in the second half due to SEASONAL FACTORS. Next, crowds of happy morons start buying PC stocks for the "long howl". And howl they will come the first quarter of 2002. Kap
