Anindo, USAI owns EXPE and ROOM among other properties (like TMCS) if you are looking for a more stable, long-term play with strong cash flow.

Anindo, I don't follow them closely. Expedia has been turning out good results; Goto seems like a good idea (sort of a Yellow Pages) but I wonder how users feel about paid links; Room I don't know at all yet; and UofP has an awesome pedegree it's parent in e-learning (though I imagine Stanford Online is coming!).
