Tony,
RE:"Where are the lawsuits? Those sales and the soon after warning have insider information written all over them. Amazing that anybody trusts this company any more."

All these companies CEOS etc. feather their own nests. Yes the money grab makes you sick. Your alternative is not to invest in stocks.

Same crap goes on at the Governmental level only in a different form. Yet people don't vote them out.

Tony

the wonderful cooperation between yourself and Paul in posting garbage on this thread now officially deserve a title.

I am calling for a poll, my suggestion is "Paulony" (similar to "wintel")

Regards
-Albert

Tony, Re: "Where are the lawsuits [about AMD insider sales prior to warning]?"

Well, I got a notice from Milberg Weiss of a shareholder class action lawsuit against TMTA for one of my retirement accounts - which has never held TMTA. Both accounts have AMD which was affected by the sharp drop after the exchange of AMD IP for $13M in shares.

Anyone else get this one or is this just Milberg Weiss "working hard" to protect shareholder interests and sending out paperwork like AOL used to supply the world with floppies and then CDs?
