TV. There was talk among the counters, remember? There were instances where it was pretty clear what was going on. I told to talk to TLC because he saw the same sorts of things. As I remember regarding that "riot" (Interesting. First "riot" I know of where no was hurt and no one was busted. Oh, and the cops were standing RIGHT THERE during the "riot") was that there were observers, just no Republican observers. And I'm going to drop this discussion. This is archaeology. Ancient history. And I don't particularly feel like doing the research to re-familiarize myself with something that doesn't matter. Bush is President. And will be until at least 2005.
