They get paid to complain CB! Being awarded damages is a heck of a lot more profitable than having a job. It's not to do with worrying about being able to find another job.

In the bad old days, they just put up with it as people did with the muck that goes on in the workaday world. Now, you get a lawyer and hit the jackpot.

Funnily enough, women are as vulgar and smutty as males these days. Or more so in plenty of instances.
