RLX is using Transmeta processors. They might be first out there with blades. I think there's another one or two startups also using Transmeta. IBM said they're going to resell RLX's blade server systems until they get their own ready. Then, they are using Intel (Tualatin) for their own, but I'm not absolutely certain they're not using Transmeta also. All the rest (except Sun) I've heard about are using Intel. So, of the big ones, that would be Compaq, Dell, HP and IBM (think) use Intel. Obviously, Intel has done and continues to do a lot of chip development specifically for this market (well, Tualatin has a few other uses besides blades, like mobile). AMD is shut out so far as I have heard (no fast, low power chip).
