Technically you are correct ... One dissenting Alaskan makes this a divided issue. However, do you think this is 50/50 divided. I think a "vote" by Alaskans on this could solve this problem. Youspimp, Oh, oh, you Reps are getting ready to call in the Supreme Court again, huh? Why bother to have a vote? Its a waste of time and money with Reps.
