Pricing on the MP's is holding firm. AMD is making steady progress in this area, establishing a track record of operating systems in the field, and working out the inevitable issues that accompany the first release of a new platform. The question is, what's happening faster, Intel taking server share away from SUN with Itanium or AMD taking server share away from Intel with Athlon MP?
