David, I lived in Germany for six years, 3 in the Army, and a separate block of 3 working for DOD as a civilian, so I know a smattering of that language, too. My job in the Army was Russian linguist, so my German sometimes has some Russian in it and vice versa. But in High School, I loved Latin because we could read all those dirty and gory stories about emperors, orgies and randy goddesses and pretend that we were doing homework without our parents catching on. <g> Best, Mike Burke
