Not necessarily. This is an important issue which is involved. I can see where reasonable minds could disagree. I think they could have picked a better fight, but then again, I'm not sitting in Cheney's seat...

Sometimes free and frank discussion requires confidentiality. If the energy executives could be very embarrassed by the material, and the law is on his side, he is right to withhold it. Otherwise, the ability to exchange views and strategize in the future will be hampered......
