How do you figure? Now true, 0.13 micron is late, or at least AMD seem to imply that 0.15 and 0.13 micron was going to be just around the corner, but SOI? They only finished the extension for SOI a few months ago and likely only finished installing and qualifying the equipment. So when did they project SOI starting production now (based on your 1 year late statement)?

That's CORRECT ... Its lateness just highlights the risks that AMD has
taken with SOI and LowK at this technology node. This could
easily take another 9 - 12 months to get into production.
