Maybe OZ was talking about INCA orders. Of course you also know about Island hidden orders, which can effectively work as a reserve type order.
IMHO the biggest difference in Supersoes is even with reserve size you cannot stop executions from occurring, (I.E., a 100 share order only executed against every 17 seconds.) Although MMs may use the reserve feature on ECNs more than before, they will have to sell all their shares in an instant if someone wants to buy them.
