GOOD FOR YOU< JOHN....McCain to hold hearings on global warming.......The U.N. climate panel in 1995 produced a report that said that the earth is warming because growing concentrations of man-made gases in the atmosphere are trapping the earth's heat much like a greenhouse. The panel is to produce another report next year that will likely come to the same conclusion with even more definitive evidence.

Jerry Mahlman, an expert on climate modeling at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, said that ''there is no remaining doubt that increased greenhouse gases are caused by human activity.'' And, he continued, it's a ''virtually certain bet that this problem will refuse to go away.''

Bush's battery of tests included an MRI on his left knee that came back normal. Bush had arthroscopic surgery on the knee in 1997......................Almost every MRI done on anyone over 50 is abnormal in some way.............cartilage thinning, degenerative spurring, altered meniscal signal, or subchondral cyst. Put the MRI on the internet and I'll tell you if it's normal. Let's find out the radiologist who read it.........see if he's a member of the International Skeletal Society, done a musculoskeletal fellowship, and passed his ABR boards........................one of these doctors I presume....http://rad.usuhs.mil/rad/home/faculty.html#diagnostic
