I've found a lot of references to obsolete memory types (i.e. EDO and FPM). I've got the impression that some of this technology is a bit dated. I'll write up a more complete document later. In particular, I'll look around for Nexperia design wins. I see that you got it by doing a search for "RDRAM" at the Philips website, did you also do a search for DDR? (LOL!!!)
