I have to agree this is mainly short covering...any short that's holding for a break below 9 by now is nuts. Mannheim just has too much potential to carry a short through it. If you want to short, do so after the Mannheim decision.

By the way, those shorts who were "nuts" could have bought back well below $9, LOL!!! They say that one of the definitions of "crazy" is someone who repeatedly does the same thing, even though it doesn't work. In this case, that would be holding RMBS.
