Sarmad: I think most of us will agree, the allure of a stock that is down so far that it "can't" go down much further has a hold on most of us from time-to-time. Who was the guy with the ten stocks last fall that "can't" go down any further? I need a reason to own a stock at this point -- and that makes it harder to find anything I want to own. Look at AMZN as an example. The stock is way down, but its chances for survival are doubtful, its prospects for making a profit are equally doubtful, and its prospects for growth are ancient history -- its a $2 stock and even at that it would be hard to find a reason to buy it.
