Sharck, you nailed it. I always ask the same question after I see, or read about a Talking Head spewing out vomitous bullish thoughts. "Who is going to start spending again and when?". I want to see that Inventory glut gone first. I want to see some news releases of serious IT spending. We'll see what CSCO has to report next week. We'll see if the economic numbers will be revised.
