Also remember that subsea landing permits are not purchased from LU, NT, or JDSU. Subsea loops in CA are no longer permittable unless access is unavailable overland....MUCH MONEY for the land-approach vs subsea loops.

Digging deeper into the bottomless pit of speculation won't help, IMO. The game is simple: will the economy recover and revenues increase sufficiently soon for GX to avoid additional borrowing, and if borrowing is necessary, will the sole recourse be cutting loose more shares? That pent up demand of covering the shorts could amount to a phenomenally expensive gamble for those shorts. Look what 10M shares did when they came onto the market. Try 80M shares, remembering the first 10M could be absorbed better than the next 10M shares....no wonder those Big Kids are beating GX with everything they have got.
