That's an interesting proffer. It may even be true. But gore with his recount syndrome showed America what he's made of and he could not be elected dog catcher now. All of the successes of President Bush and the future successes will have many more voting his way. If you consider that gore lost his own home state, one could argue that mr. bill did not defeat gore. gore the nasty defeated gore. gore the in your face defeated gore. gore the who is he this week defeated gore.

I doubt it, Colton. I think Clinton could have talked himself out of trouble, even post-impeachment. After all, it's not like Shrub was a particularly strong candidate, just a particularly well-funded one.

It's just that Gore, who's basically a straight arrow who doesn't get himself in trouble, was completely unable to talk himself out of Clinton's trouble. Also, he was a miserable candidate, generally speaking.

You and Nadine both agree Bore was a lousy candidate. What's the fight about?

Overall, one of the poorest selection of candidates ever put on an American ballot.
