Do you realize how much space 35 implanters would take up ??
And this is just to make the starting wafers ... I also wonder how
well controlled this process is. If there are defects generated during
this starting material process ... then ... you don't find out for a couple
months, you're "toast". It could be back to the "good old days"
at AMD ... A yield crash every few months. <ggg>
