McMillan defines "slightly atm" as the strike price just above that of an underlying stock whose value is halfway between two strike prices (see pp. 451).

Anybody buy that?

OK, I originally wrote slightly otm, and then edited it to atm. I didn't notice I had forgotten to delete slightly until it was too late to edit it, but figured no one would notice. After all, this is a thread populated by dummies.
