Robert. According to Yahoo there has been net institutional buying in the last qtr. If you go back a few qtrs there would have been net selling. With all do respect to our "guru's" on this thread these managers aren't stupid. They know the risk reward ratio of buying an industry leader.The info these shorts keep talking about now is old news to the investment community. Hence the big drop in price. I took a quick look at the volume since the 7/26 earnings report (soul cleansing) that shocked no one,(except szabel ) and it looks like appx 15% of the float was bought at or above 8.00 with ample opportunity for anyone that wanted out to get out. To my thinking it sets a bit of a base at or around $8.00. Clearly that could be tested or violated but " I " don't think it will drop much below that. We need a long to go back in the archives and find some good news on JDSU and post it....like the shorts do....just kidding.
