Fictional? I seem to remember something about salt peter in the fraternity house milk when I was a student. The same rumor popped up in basic training. A better explanation for the soldiers feeling less sexual might be that women where less available and the men were very tired from all the training. It didn't stop some soldiers though. One soldier was found with a female soldier from another company in the laundry area in the middle of the night. Another couple was found behind the garbage dumpsters. Tim
