Stephen, Arms was calling for a similar upmove in February and March this year as well, and had to wait until April to be (somewhat) right...even with the huge move off the bottom in tech, I don't think the move (at top) exceeded the beginning of his calls...

We'll see where this one plays out (if he's early or not).....Arms has to be considered, IMO....I ain't going to diss anyone who has an index named after him.
