In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday, the company said its auditor, KPMG, questioned whether it could continue as a going concern.

David, I think this is an interesting play down here. Hard to believe that (once great) Polaroid is down to a buck and a half. Don't own any shares, but it seems like it would be worth buying some shares and see if PRD can survive. I'm not going to buy very much, probably 100 shares.

That's what I've begun to do, buy 100 shares in a whole lot of beaten down companies. NOK, CORV, INKT, CMGI, SCMR, JNPR,etc......... geez I think JNPR has a pretty good future, they're kicking CSCO's butt. Funny, everybody loved them at $180, now they won't touch them at $22!!

Someone I know who works at Polaroid mentioned that they were not able to make payroll last Friday. This is a person who works with their computer systems. Have no idea if it's the entire company. Looks grim.
