Not quite. The brokers that reccomended early had legitamacy because people did make money on net companies. Its the ones that still kept pumping throughout 2000 that are the real rip-offs. Nonetheless, those who hold the shares of the companies that are still alive will probably someday reap the reward. The internet is still very alive, it just needs to have a new innovation to take it to the next level.
