Cory:

"Intel could see 25 no doubt......the tough thing here is if that happens AMD's even significantly weaker fundamentals could suggest low teens for AMD."

" AMD's even significantly weaker fundamentals"

Don't know about you, but AMD's fundamentals although a function of the current economic climate no doubt, would seem to be declining at a rate consistent with the overall economic climate...on the other hand, any analysis of INTC financials over the past 2 years demonstrates an alarming rate of financial deterioration well above the rate of general economic decline...Just not a pretty sight, those recent INTC financial statements and looking ahead, P4 just doesn't seem to be an INTC product to instill investor confidence in the prospect of a material reversal in this unfavourable trend in the near term.

re:AMD in low teens -- I don't think so because book value is $11.16 (fully diluted), and really more than that because
1) Nearly all remaining debt is at below-market interest rates
2) There's not a penny of goodwill on the balance sheet.
