Construction will keep going until it hits the wall. The market now is very reminiscent of 88-89 where in people were still SURE that Re would be unaffected and that that was the safest place for their investement dollars. Like Telecolm I believe it will happen almost overnight. However this market still has fumes in the tank and its anyones guess when it hits that wall(much like the Auto industry is sudenly hitting one as we speak)
