dale, Currently I don't hold INTC, but soon will on these downgrades. Analysts are so weak they only look at the surface. After 27 years (early retired) with Texas Inst., I can almost assure you these analyst idiots are going to look stupid. Pentium 4 has not only performance, but reduced chip size on larger wafers. If yield (good chips vs bad chips) is climbing, they will have no problem reducing price 50% and maintain margins. I assure you, customers EXPECT IT. Be here soon. Larry
