only recovery I know of is my cash balance
it grows every month
it aint much, but it is mine

the premises behind the 2ndHalf Recovery point out perils of forecasting
nothing about the current economic climate resembles neither 1992 nor 1982

so why should we expect a recovery in 6-8 months after first Fed rate cut ???

a real simple reason in three parts:
1. household debt and corporate debt is 2-3 times what it was in prior years

2. Y2K sapped up two years worth of technology demand and orders

3. the first 150 bpts of Fed cuts were to relieve the overtightened rate conditions
(so they dont even count)

now we must wait patiently for the ploughed under soil to reveal shoots of grass
it will take time, much more time
I still see no stock sustained recovery until next April
as we saw, something magic in April and spring

I SWEAR IT HAS TO DO WITH SEX
