If you actually cited some research, instead of blathering on and on about some seminar or other you allegedly went to, from which you picked out exactly what you wanted to hear, maybe somebody would take your "research" seriously.

It's all somebody else's fault, though. Holy roller Hodkgins is the resident expert neurologist too, in addition to being the indisputable authority on how the founding fathers meant us to be a "Christian Nation", establishment clause notwithstanding.

I've given up on him -- he just repeats himself over and over without any attempt to understand the science behind what he's writing about.

That's because the science behind it has absolutely nothing to do with the question on the table, which is, how do we best avoid our teenage kids making bad decisions about sex. I expect that when you speak to that question, he'll quit repeating himself. Or perhaps he'll stop because he's just given up trying to get an answer, which is probably OK because it seems to me that he already has been doing the best thing.
