It was no surprise that Spinco was DOA after the Nokia/Q deal so there's not a whole lot to say. Q's goals were reached after the agreement so there was no reason for Q to risk the uncertainty and expense of a spin off.

Hope you enjoyed your time off. I've been away from computers, cellphones, laptops, etc., for the past two weeks so there may be some subleties to your comment that I don't yet comprehend.
