RR I don't feel comfortable with the concept. Many of us on SI are just super techies and that I bleive is good for everyone.

Let me be a prophet.....if Mr Chambers says anything that starts a rally in CSCO then within 72 hours we will see one or two major houses come out with negative comments that will put paid to any rally.

To be more specific if a rally takes place in CSCO on Wedenesday then before the close of business on Monday night one of two houses will be out with their negative comments.

My bet would be a nasty on Friday night. That will give the most negative effect bang for their buck.

Having said that I'm not sure Mr Chmabers willsay anything good. Why should he. Whatever he says some house is going to criticise it and in any event Mr Chambers has GWs home phone number and is the kind of guy that GW takes notice of. If he wants to do the US some good then he should tomorrow unless he has certain eveidence fo a real and sustained pick-up, say that his company sees no sign of a pick-up on the horizon.

That might just get GW to start thinking about how history is going to record his presidency, as one which had a brief recssion to start with and then turned back toward prosperity or one where the recession turned into a slump and where millions lost their jobs and then he got slung out of office just as his father did 12 years beofre him making the first time in history that having given the family a second chance they unbelievably failed to produce favorable economic conditions.

Best regards,

L
