JW - Sorry not satisfied. How bad a slowdown is this? OK the worst in living memory. That presumably we have all agreed now...yes OK how low were interest rates during their low points in 91-91 or 74? Can we deal with this bit then go on. As for OPEC well what can one say. How many times is the US going to bend over to the greatest bunch of reactionary lunatics since the advent of the Third Reich. This has been going on since 1973 nearly twenty seven years. for twenty seven years these maniacs have been sucking the hard earned wealth out of the West to finance a system that even a stark raving maniac couldn't have dreamed up on a bad day.
