If we have ten years to plan we should be mounting a Marshall Plan to find, develop and support new clean energy sources. Like hydrogen. Enough to fuel everything on earth and its free and clean. Instead Bush wants to put all our research money into Star Wars and go back to old ways of polluting. Oil is going to run out in 50 years or so anyway. And every energy source Bush-Cheney push is a pollutor or toxic. Why? Because those special interests own them lock, stock and barrel. Don't look for any progressive leadership from them. Their idea of a solution is to ravage the environment, rape and plunder it. And that damage is permanent.
